AccBrain can not be held accountable for incidental and consequential damages. For instance, unavailability and offline servers for any reason, or corruption of websites.

We are not responsible for system crashes or data loss. Also, as we resold some of our services so we can’t be held accountable for that.

No unlawful Activity

We will not entertain any unlawful activity that is initiated through the provision of our services. We strictly prohibit the use of our services for unlawful activities and we abide by it in any case.

In this case, to the extent possible in the applicable jurisdiction, both parties shall agree that the competent courts in New Delhi, India, will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions. Hence, no matter what the circumstances are, Jurisdiction will be subjected to Rajkot, Gujarat, India only.
